    The Impossible Purity :: Hotel Sezz :: St-Tropez

    A new hospitality experience on the Côte d’Azur. This haute couture hotel signed by French designer Christophe Pillet subtly combines charm and design exalting the special feeling of being elsewhere. Restaurant “Colette” by worldwide renowned chef Pierre Gagnaire, party atmosphere in “Le Bar” by Dom Pérignon & well being in “Spa Sezz” by Payot - Hotel Sezz.

    The architect has offered a Neo-Provençal re-interpretation of the 2 000 m2 built surface, creating the ideal setting for the famous chef Pierre Gagnaire to transcribe, in his inimitable  culinary style, the simple excellence of local produce.

    The garden, landscaped by Christophe Ponceau, is a blend of luxuriant green and sobriety, opulence and simplicity.
